CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI VENDITA
1 – I prezzi si intendono senza impegno e netti di ogni sconto.
2 – La spedizione della merce si intende franco nostro negozio, salvo condizioni precedentemente pattuite.
3 – Coloro facenti parte della Comunità Europea non in possesso di numero di identificazione fiscale (VAT-TVA) devono pagare
l’I.V.A. italiana su tutti gli articoli e le spese aggiuntive.
4 – I prezzi seguono le oscillazioni di mercato e possono essere variati senza preavviso in qualsiasi momento.
5 – La merce viaggia sempre, in ogni caso, ad esclusivo rischio del committente.
6 – Non si accettano reclami se non pervenuti entro sette giorni dal ricevimento della merce.
7 – Non si accetta merce resa senza nostra autorizzazione.
8 – Il costo dell’imballo, del trasporto e le spese bancarie sono sempre a carico del committente.
9 – Non si accettano ordinazioni per importi inferiori a € 50,00 per l’Italia, a € 150,00 per i Paesi della Comunità Europea e a
€ 200,00 per gli altri Paesi.
10 – Negli ordini indicare con chiarezza il codice dell’articolo, la quantità e la descrizione.
11 – L’emissione della fattura comporta un costo di 1,00 €.
12 – Tutte le ordinazioni anche se verbali, si intendono sempre date ed eseguite alle condizioni sopra esposte.
13 – Ogni eventuale clausola contenuta nel Vs. ordine, in contrario con quanto sopra, si intende priva di valore.
14 – I pagamenti dovranno avvenire nei termini e negli accordi previsti, in caso di ritardato pagamento ci riserviamo di addebitarVi
una penale pari al tasso bancario vigente in quel momento.
15 – Per ogni controversia è competente esclusivamente il FORO DI CREMONA.
GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
1 – Price are to be understood as not legally binding and net with no discount for goods consigned at our warehouse.
2 – The shipment is meant as ex our store, except when other conditions are previously agreed.
3 – Members of the European Community with no Fiscal Identification Code Number must pay Italian V.A.T. on all articles and
additional expenses.
4 – Prices follow market fluctuations. They may be changed without warning at any moment.
5 – The goods are shipped at customer’s risk and peril.
6 – Seven days after delivery no further claims are accepted.
7 – Goods are not accepted if returned without our authorization.
8 – The costs for packing transport and bank charges are in all cases to be paid by the customer.
9 – No orders for amounts less than € 50,00 for Italy and € 200,00 for other countries, € 150,00 for European Union Countries.
10 – Indicate clearly in the order the code number of the article, the quantity desired and the description.
11 – For issuing the invoice there is a charge of € 1,00 apart from any other charges.
12 – All orders are always undertaken with the above conditions.
13 – Any clause contained in your order in opposition with the above conditions, will not be accepted.
14 – Payment must be made according to the terms and conditions listed. In case of late payment we will charge interest calcula-
ted under current bank rate.
15 – In the event of any dispute the only competent Court is the CREMONA COURT OF JUSTICE.
